The following outlines the terms of use for WordPress Support from Sumy Designs, LLC.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Sumy Designs, LLC will send weekly emails to addresses provided through a shared Google sheet, directing customers to provide feedback on a private, branded feedback page. If client leaves positive feedback, they will be directed to online review sites (up to 3) of client’s choice to leave that feedback. Negative feedback will be stored privately and client will be alerted so they can respond. Client will receive routine reporting to track performance.

DISCLAIMER
Sumy Designs, LLC will not be held responsible for any negative feedback received. Client understands and agrees that Sumy Designs has no control over the quality or quantity of feedback provided by clients upon request.

PAYMENTS
Payments will be automatically charged each month on the date of sign up. Client may login and cancel account at any time. All services will end upon cancellation.

GOVERNING LAW
Sumy Designs, LLC does not make any warranty, express or implied, and Client specifically waives any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Sumy Designs, LLC be liable to Client or any third party for any damages, including but not limited to any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate the website even if Sumy Designs, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Regardless of the place of signing of this agreement, Client agree that for purposes of venue, this contract was entered into in Indiana and any dispute will be litigated in a court of competent jurisdiction in Tippecanoe County, Indiana.
